WHY ORNIS
No reseller commissions. Tool recommendations follow the needs of the role and the business.
At Deloitte, I led pilot-success, strategy and programme-management work for an AI rollout reaching nearly 6,000 participants.
Recommendations connect to a baseline or a clear plan to establish one, so progress can be assessed.
ILLUSTRATIVE DELIVERABLE · FICTIONAL EXAMPLE
A useful scorecard connects a signal to a decision. This sample shows the format, not client findings, industry benchmarks or a promised result.
| Signal | Sample finding | Next action |
|---|---|---|
| Licence use | 60 assigned; 24 used in the last 30 days | Check role fit and barriers before reassigning licences |
| Useful tasks | Meeting summaries used often; document search inconsistent | Test a knowledge-search workflow with approved sources |
| Team confidence | People know how to start, but are unsure how to check outputs | Run task-based coaching with a verification checklist |
Confirm the baseline and agree one workflow.
Run a bounded pilot with coaching and feedback.
Compare results, then refine, expand or stop.
